RETURNS & EXCHANGES
While we strive to earn your complete satisfaction on all tailorandspruce.com orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining. Please note: The 80% rule applies to grooming products only.
Toothbrushes, Manicure Tools, Mach3 Razor Brushes cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.
Please call (800) 405-8849 in advance for a return authorization.
Ship package to the following address with return authorization number included. Tailor & Spruce does not cover return shipping; customer can select the return shipping method.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Please contact us immediately at (800) 405-8849 if you receive a damaged product (broken jar, tube or closure), or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged items at our expense. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our offices for a new unit.
