Q: Do your products work for women?

A: Mostly YES. Although Tailor & Spruce is a men’s brand, many of our products have received outstanding feedback from women. Especially in the following product categories: dental care, toolkits, tools, survival and style.

As far as our skincare, fragrance, shave and pomade categories - products are designed with men in mind. You’ll discover formulas with a pleasant and subtle masculine aroma.  

Q: How can I exchange or return an item I bought from tailorandspruce.com?

A: Please check out our Return Policy here.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: We deeply value the relationships with our expert manufacturers, both domestic (USA) and international. Please refer to the individual product’s material/ingredients tab for item specific details.

Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping for orders over $50.  However, all orders below $50 are eligible for a small $5 flat rate shipping (and handling) fee. We often lose money from shipping on each order, but we love our products, and want you to get your hands on them too.

Q: When will my order ship? How long will it take?

A: Orders will typically ship the day following your order. This is because collections are hand packed and assembled by our team in D.C.

*Orders placed 7/29-8/7 will ship Monday 8/8. 

Q: Your brand look great but I’m from outside the U.S. Do you ship internationally?

A: Tailor & Spruce products are currently only available in the U.S.. We hope to expand abroad in the future.

Q: Will I get an order confirmation?

A: Yes, you will get an order confirmation immediately following purchase. We will also notify you upon shipment with your package’s tracking information. Please contact us ­at support@tailorandspruce.com if anything seems out of the ordinary.

A: Absolutely- we’re already iterating existing product lines, as well as exploring expansion into new product categories. We’re also excited about joining forces with premier grooming brands (like EO Products and Marvis) to bolster our collection.
